Speaker Bio: Dave Rogers

 

David Rogers is the pulpit minister at the Washington Avenue Church of Christ in Evansville, IN. Like many people from Eastern Kentucky, his background is deeply rooted in faith, family, and the outdoors.

David graduated from the University of Kentucky where his passion for evangelism was sparked through mission work in the mid-1990s. Subsequent mission efforts, youth work, church growth, and teaching endeavors nurtured a great deal of optimism for the future of the Lord’s church. As he has a heavy appreciation for the vibrant history of the church, David looks to build on the wisdom and experience of past Christians. His current work explores what opportunities advancements in technology allow in connecting people to the Gospel.
